Afternoon : The "Stade Français Paris" rugby team
The "Stade Français Paris" rugby team was back in Tignes! From July 24th to 30th 2010, they will come and train at an altitude of 2100m... The rugbymen will play a friendly match against the Lyon rugby team LOU (Lyon Olympique Universitaire) on July, the 29th.
Training programme:
Morning: prevention, preparation and individual technique on field
Sunday 25th
9 am - 10am: weight training and individual technique
11 am - 12 am: training on the Fabien Galthié field
Afternoon: rafting
Monday 26th
4 pm - 4.15 pm: individual technique on field
4.15 pm - 5.15 pm: rugby (June group) on field
5.30 pm - 6.30 pm: rugby (international group) on field
Tuesday 27th
9 am - 10 am : rugby (inter) on field
10.30 am - 11.30 am: individual technique on field
2 pm: activities

9 am- 10 am: training on field (international players)
5.00 pm: friendly match against LOU Rugby
Friday 30th
12 am: stretching at the Lagon for the players who played the match
